Shipping Costs
- Orders above Rs 8,000 — Free delivery
- Orders below Rs 8,000 — Flat shipping fee applies
- Exact fee shown at checkout before you confirm
Processing Time
- COD orders processed immediately on placement
- Bank transfer orders processed after payment confirmation
- May take longer during holidays or sale periods
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS. Use it on the PostEx website or call our team to get a live status update on your order.
Delivery Issues
Delayed, damaged, or missing parcel? Contact us immediately at +92-309-6463355. We coordinate directly with PostEx to resolve issues as fast as possible.
Undeliverable Orders
If PostEx cannot deliver (wrong address or no one available), they will attempt redelivery. If the order returns to us, we'll contact you to arrange a reship. Additional shipping fees may apply.
International Shipping
We currently ship within Pakistan only. For international inquiries, contact us at info@pixie.pk and we'll explore options for you.
