If your IPL device stops working within 7 days of delivery, it qualifies as a return (100% refund or replacement). If the issue occurs between 7 days and 6 months, it is covered under our 6-Month IPL Warranty — free repair or replacement. Both policies are honored, not just written.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For bank transfers, provide your account details and we'll transfer directly.
