Refund and Returns Policy

At Pixie.pk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a fair and transparent refund and returns process. Please review this policy carefully to understand your options and the steps involved.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request for a return must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds are processed based on the condition of the returned product:

  • 100% Refund:
  • The product must be 100% new, unused, and unopened, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  • 80% Refund (for IPL Hair Removal Devices only if Used):
  • The product packaging may be opened, but the device itself must be unused and in new condition.
  • The original box and all accessories must be included and undamaged.

Note: For all other products, only unopened and unused items are eligible for a refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or are not in resalable condition.
  • Products without original packaging or accessories.
  • Products that are specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at sales@pixie.pk or call us at +92-309-6463355 within the eligible return period. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Approval: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to return the product.
  3. Ship the Product: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Please include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product).

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund as follows:

  • 100% Refund: Issued for products that are unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.
  • 80% Refund: Issued for IPL hair removal devices that have been opened but are unused and in new condition.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. For bank transfers, please provide your bank details for the refund.
  • Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process after the returned item is received and approved.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us at sales@pixie.pk or +92-309-6463355. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns.

7. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional charge.
