- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (for bank transfers) or order placement (for Cash on Delivery).
- Processing may take longer during holidays, sales, or promotional periods.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: 2-5 business days via Leopard Courier Service.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical delays.
4. Shipping Costs
- Flat Shipping Rate: We offer a flat shipping fee for all orders, regardless of size or weight.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders with a total value of PKR 8,000 or above.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- For COD orders, customers are allowed to open the parcel and inspect the product before making the payment.
- If the product is damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you may refuse the delivery, and no payment will be required.
- Please ensure the product is inspected in the presence of the delivery personnel.
6. Order Tracking

8. Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable), we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
