1. Warranty Coverage

  • IPL Devices: All IPL hair removal devices come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
  • Accidental drops or physical damage.
  • Improper use, maintenance, or storage.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

2. Warranty Claim Procedure

If your IPL device develops an issue covered under warranty, follow these steps to file a claim:

  1. Contact Us:

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos or videos.
  1. Return Authorization:
  • If the issue qualifies for a warranty claim, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the product.
  1. Ship the Product:
  • Pack the IPL device securely in its original packaging (if available) and include all accessories.
  • Ship the product to the address provided using a reliable courier service.
  • Note: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to us.

3. Warranty Claim Process

Once we receive your IPL device, our team will:

  1. Inspect the product to determine the issue.
  2. Small Issues: If the issue is minor, we will repair the product and return it to you.
  3. Major Issues: If the product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a new IPL device.

4. Warranty Claim Timeline

  • The warranty claim process typically takes up to 7 working days from the date we receive the product.
  • Once the claim is resolved, we will ship the repaired or replacement product back to you.

5. Non-Warranty Repairs

If your IPL device is out of warranty or the issue is not covered under warranty, we may still offer repair services at an additional cost. Contact us for more details.
